![]() ![]() I have played fifty or so missions with full map sweeps, and I have seen 2 sculptures this entire time. Just because you're swimming in them doesn't mean everyone is. RNG is cruel to some players on its own whim. First stalker they fought that day dropped it. ![]() I've had friends who went years of consistent play without seeing Despair drop from Stalker. Some people do indeed get very, very lucky when it comes to getting things. I think spawns need to be consistent across the board, even though they're supposed to be rare, some people get a whole lot of nothing while others just get one every couple runs.Īnd frankly, he's about right. I have found 0 sculptures outside of the single Maroo mission this week. But even then, I'm not sure I would have broken it down. ![]() Its loss made me sad inside for about five minutes. The one other time I had a sculpture spawn, it was an Orta-and the mission ended up failing due to a botched spy vault during the Sortie 3 today. I have two Ayrs at the moment meanwhile, I have an extra 29 cyan stars and 31 amber. It's a waste.īut there's not quite enough reason to break 'em down at full value, either, since you're likely to just incidentally walk over a random statue, but you're going to pick up a couple dozen extra stars. There's literally 0 reason to dissolve the statues at their minimum value. When players are trying to get thousands per day as their target goal instead. So from her mission, that's a base 325 Endo, + 1100 more if you manage to get 3 cyan stars to slot into it, for a once-a-week mission reward. I'd rather they be worth more, personally.Īnd 1425 still doesn't seem like a whole lot, when you keep in mind that's the most common one, and my friends and I all got it from Maroo's weekly mission. It makes no sense at all to turn it in without any stars, because the stars are more common than the statues. Maybe you could buy the common ones from syndicates, but we could leave one or two rare ones that must be hunted for? And also we could introduce a much rare one that is worth a lot more and also is bigger? As it is, I prefer them as decorations rather than endo. Having them be relatively common sort of decreases the "treasure hunting" aspect, imo.Īlthough I do think they aren't the greatest source of endo, since I can't bear to get rid of them! I feel like they should be worth more. Honestly I'd hoped there would be at least one really rare one, but I've already found all 5 of them. Also the sculptures are a lot more valuable than rare containers, since they contain sizeable endo or possibly plat. Outside of raids the rare containers are rarer than that. I already have like 10 or 11 of them, and overall I have like 28k endo worth of ayatan stuff. Really? Because I've been finding a lot more of them than that. Can Maroo's weekly mission have more than just one sculpture in the loot room? And can these vault rooms have a rare chance to have these sculptures in them regardless, too? A reason to run them otherwise would be amazing for a higher probability of getting statues-and more of a reason to run Void nowadays.įrom what I've been able to observe so far during the brief play time since their addition to the game, the Ayatan Sculptures themselves seem to have roughly the same spawn rarity as Rare/Reinforced Containers, And either situation sucks to be in, when we need tens of thousands of Endos to max each 10 rank mod.Īs an aside. Currently, it's a lot easier to have a pile of stars waiting for statues, than it is a pile of statues waiting for stars. Have the "purchase" for these sculptures cost as much as the statue of their Medallion, but come unslotted, and be random as to which sculpture the player gets. I think it would be a neat addition to have some extra sculptures added in, that the Syndicates can trade off to their players for standing. An increase in spawn rate could be nice, though now that we've seen a weapon of each category for all Syndicates, I think we need something else to dump our standing on: At this point, all that is left is Syndicate Specters and Relic Packs. From what I've been able to observe so far during the brief play time since their addition to the game, the Ayatan Sculptures themselves seem to have roughly the same spawn rarity as Rare/Reinforced Containers, which seems a little too infrequent for the fact that, to make them actually useful, requires a lot more looting otherwise: You need to have a stockpile of stars, and a decent chunk of credits to then have the Endo extracted to then be used for fusion. ![]()
